Robert S. Gerber was an equity partner with the law firm of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, LLC in the Del Mar Heights Office ( northern San Diego County). Mr. Gerber graduated with his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1988. He received a Masters of Public Policy degree in 1985 from the Gerald R.
